Why must my passport details be exact?
The letter uses the details you provide. Errors can delay your application, so please check each entry against your passport.
What does the letter include?
Your name as shown in your passport, passport details, the conference name, dates and venue, and confirmation of your registration and participation type.

Your passport details are used only to produce your letter. They are stored encrypted, deleted [conf_passport_retention_days] days after the conference, never sent by SMS and never shared with AI assistants.
