The Scientific Committee strengthens the academic quality and credibility of the conference

If you would like your work considered for the proceedings, you can include the full paper with your abstract or send it later, by 18 April 2027. Each abstract receives double-blind peer review under the oversight of the Scientific Committee, and you receive the decision by email within 7–14 business days. Authors of accepted abstracts then register to confirm their presentation. Because decisions are made on a rolling basis, early submission gives you more time to plan your registration and travel, and to prepare a full paper if you intend to publish in the proceedings.

Abstract submission closes on 5 March 2027.

Selected full papers may be considered for publication opportunities in Scopus-indexed journals; final acceptance depends on paper quality and the decision of journal editors.
